I have never had a problem obtaining an appointment and have always received excellent care from all at the practice. It is difficult to see how the service provided could be improved. My health is my responsibility but the help and guidance I have received in controlling my high blood pressure and diabetes has been great.

On the whole, my experiences at DMC have been very good. It would be nice, even if old fashioned, to always see the same doctor but I realise that this is practically impossible nowadays. The main difficulty, until the imminent move to the new building takes place, is the difficulty in parking. When one is a carer for a person with mobility problems, the existence of only one parking space for disabled persons can be irksome. 'The reviews of doctors' section on this website does include a confusing part in which the same 'GPs working at the surgery' also appear as 'hospital doctors'. Is this something that needs attention?

The doctors at the surgery are excellent as are the nurses. However trying to get an appointment is dreadful. I am a working mother in London part time and try as I might go get an appointment on my day off is impossible and the alternative is extremely unhelpful. It is not accommodating which leaves me giving up!
